"I don’t have enough time”. I hear this frequently from clients.
This has to be the #1 struggle when I ask “why do you think you
feel so stressed right now?”
Time management is a daily practice of stress management. It
increases self-confidence and productivity. You become a person who
honors their time by doing what you say you want to do. You become
a person who will follow-through. You become intentional in how you
spend your time instead of defaulting towards inaction.
